Fall Colors III
Fall colors are at their peak in our neighborhood where we have a lot of maples and oaks plus a few sycamores. The oaks have only recently turned color, and the maples, which have been pretty for a couple weeks, still have most of their leaves
Most of the leaves are some shade of gold, brown, or yellow. There are not a lot of reds, but when they are there, they are often quite striking.
The tulip trees add to the yellow. I think they are our state tree. The ash and walnut are now mostly bare, so some neighborhoods have passed their peak, as have parts of the cemetery.
My camera is beginning to fail, so I have had a hard time getting good pictures. I should have a new one soon.
