Icy roads
On Saturday, December 6, the roads were very icy. On the corner of Francis and Monnett, I found a bent sign pole without its sign and car tracks that indicated that a car had gone where a car should not have gone. Do you think the rest of the story would be interesting or merely stupid? It could be neither, but could it be both?
Your photo really reminded me of my bent fence and the broken stop sign outside my home. It is $2200 to repair the old iron fence, but it is fixable. The driver at our corner, however, slid on leaves and wet pavement. Oops!
