Thursday at the pool

On Thursday the LaRue Pool stayed open for the entire afternoon. However, very few people were there, as this picture below shows. It was taken a few minutes before the 3:45 break.
As I left, I took a picture of Roth Field, where a woman was preparing the field for the evening softball games. You can probably tell I am not very interested in ball games because if I were, I would be writing about them a lot. They are important in the social lives of a lot of Rensselaer residents.
