Going to Church the TriCounty Way
(I thought it would be interesting to use Sundays to focus on Rensselaer's churches and to see how many Sundays I can go before I run out of material. Indiana is richly endowed with religious denominations, with influences from North and South, East and West. This is part of that series of posts.)
The TriCounty Bible Church is located south of Rensselaer on U.S. Highway 231 at 5856W. 1050 S. According to the Church Services Directory published in the Rensselaer Republican, the pastors are Andy Overly and Jim West. Sunday school is at 8:30 a.m., Morning Worship Service at 10 a.m, and Sunday Evening Worship at 5 p.m.
The church has a website at http://tcbcindiana.org/index.html. It is nondenominational, and its website says little about its beliefs other than, "We the Tri County Bible Church, exist to be used of the Holy Spirit to produce and equip disciples of Jesus Christ."
Their youth ministry has a blog.
