The gift shop, and I guess that is what this building is called, is separate from the Dairy Adventure (which now charges $10 for an adult admission). It was very crowded, and the size of the crowd kept me from taking many pictures. That is an excuse to go back some other time and take them.

Ice cream break
Over the Thanksgiving long weekend, I passed by the Fair Oaks Dairy Adventure and stopped in for an ice cream cone.

Did you know that the Fair Oaks Farms has a facebook page? (http://www.facebook.com/#/FOFarms?ref=nf). You can find fun things there, like this video of rapping milk producers.

One of the attractions is that you can see ice cream and cheese being made next to the gift-shop area, the same ice cream and cheese that you can purchase.
The Dairy Adventure is closed through Christmas, but you can still visit the gift shop and buy cheese.

I sure wish the coffee shop at Fair Oaks Dairy was closer.
