It is my understanding that the water tower in question near the landfill is to be used by a new industry in the area. It is located in a green building nearby and uses paper waste to shape egg cartons. I think water is mixed with the shredded paper, and then pressed and dried. The plant is called INIG. I am not sure f the ownership.
