I do not get out past Pleasant Ridge very often, so I took some pictures the other day when I passed by. The area is interesting in that it has three industrial operations that employ a considerable number of people (the ethanol plant, the elevator, and Talbert Manufacturing), but no residential area has developed there.
Last fall's harvest must have been a good one. There is still a large hill of corn outside of the elevator.
