Housing boom east of town

A while back I was on the road to McCoysburg and noticed some construction along the way. The one house that was framed in is now pretty much complete. The other construction site now has a new house sprouting, still needing the outside layer.

About half a mile south of the house above another house is going up, at the east end of Mt Calvary Rd.

There is virtually no new construction in Rensselaer, so it is a bit odd to see three new houses going up in such close proximity out in the country.
