Yesterday we started our Fair Oaks Dairy Adventure. One of the highlights, or maybe the highlight, of the visitor's center is the ten-minute movie. When you enter the theater, you are told to take a pair of glasses from the barrel and to keep them on.
The theater has comfy chairs.
Before the movie begins, an animatronic cow tells you that the film has a couple of surprises for you.
If you do not wear the glasses, the movie looks like this. The film would not be nearly as entertaining if it were not in 3D.
If you go to the Dairy Adventure, do not miss the movie. If we would have had more time, I would have gone twice. It would be especially entertaining to see it with kids. In fact, I hope that this summer I will get a chance to take a grandchild to it. She thinks that eggs and milk come from the store--she needs to learn about the rest of the story. She also needs to learn where cows come from, and the next in this series will answer that all-important question.
