Courthouse lights

Were the court house lights ever on this winter? Here is what they looked like last week.
Like so many other things that look nice, there is a lot of worked needed to maintain them.

    I don't think they were on last winter. All the money they spent on those a couple years ago...and they have been hanging broken like that for almost a year, I think.

    I noticed that the lights weren't on on Christmas eve and night. I guess they've been this way for a while. I was excited when they fixed the lights, but disappointed when I saw them lit. You used to be able to see the lights from miles away. These cheap lights are really dim...well, I guess they're totally out now.
