The boat
A couple of weeks ago I took a closer look at the boat that is next to Melville Street just south of the River. I had never paid much attention to it and assumed that someone was just parking a boat in an unusual spot, but clearly that is not the case.
I do not know how long it has been there--several people have given me very different answers.
