An ex-church update
The once-upon-a-time church on Warner Street that was converted to apartments is now empty and for sale. The asking price is $49,900. The lot is probably worth about $25K. What does that say about the condition of the building?
I don't think anyone is living there, yet when I ran by it yesterday, one of the windows was open... I was wondering the same thing as you.
