Deer herd
I thought the herd of deer that lived west of Sparling had been thinned because I had not seen them for several years. But a few evenings ago, at about sunset, I noticed them out in the distance.
I do not have a camera good enough to get more than a shot that shows that there were almost twenty of them out in the field. Click on the picture for full size, and see how many you count.

I counted 21... one may be a fence post though. Hahaha
I counted 19. I have seen this herd in the last year or so. They were in the woods just east of the Catholic Cemetery and dashing across 231 going west. It was stunning and swift.
