Butterweed?
One of the flowers along the roadsides that has caught my attention is a small, bright yellow daisy. It looks like a ragwort, but I could not find any that quite fit. However, the descriptions of Butterweed (either Senecio glabellus or Packera glabella) seem to be the plant I am seeing.
There is another yellow flower blooming in the fields that from a distance looks very similar, but it has much smaller flowers. It seems to be one of the mustard family, and I am far from certain which one it is, but it looks a lot like Barbarea vulgaris (winter cress or yellow rocket.) Can anyone help out?
Anyone else notice that the mosquitoes are biting?

Sunny flowers on a sunny day are good things.
