Going to chuch the Faith Christian Tabernacle Way

(I thought it would be interesting to use Sundays to focus on Rensselaer's churches and to see how many Sundays I can go before I run out of material. Indiana is richly endowed with religious denominations, with influences from North and South, East and West. This is part of that series of posts.)

The Faith Christian Tabernacle is located at about 6 miles south of Rensselaer at 4911 W 1100 S. You can see the sign for the church a miles south of the blinking light at the intersection of US 231 and SR 16.
According to the "Church Services Directory" in the Rensselaer Republican, the pastor is James Blanchard. Sunday morning service is at 9:30/10:30 and Sunday evening service is at 5:30/6:30.
