The man or the business? If he's driving the van he is likely not Amish. They hire folks to drive them around.
We were visiting the Goshen area a few years ago and ran into a Burger King for a sandwich. There was a large group of Amish folk dining there, and a 15-passenger van outside with a Mennonite in the driver's seat. :)
